Stephen B. Rappaport (sometimes credited as Stephen Rappaport) is the actor who played Motura in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Phage."

He guest starred on NYPD Blue with Gordon Clapp. In an episode of Brooklyn South, Rappaport co-starred with Jennifer Hetrick.
