Stephanie Meltzer is a costumer who worked as extra costumer on the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season episode "Qpid" in 1991.

Meltzer's other credits as costumer include the drama The Bear (1984), the television drama Surviving (1985), the science fiction thriller Black Moon Rising (1986), the comedy Nothing in Common (1986), the comedy Loverboy (1989, with Kirstie Alley and Robert Picardo), and the action film China O'Brien (1990). In 1988 she worked as wardrobe supervisor on the family movie The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking.
