Stark was a Vulcan child, born circa 2230. In 2237, Stark, along with his friends Sepek and Sofek teased young Spock for his half-Human heritage. (TAS: "Yesteryear")
Stark was voiced by an uncredited actor. The novelization of "Yesteryear" (in Star Trek Log 1) refers to Stark as having "light-colored hair."
