The Starfleet Silver Palm was a medal for valor presented to deserving Starfleet personnel in the 23rd century. It was possible to earn clusters for subsequent awards of the medal.

Captain James T. Kirk received the Starfleet Silver Palm with cluster prior to his court martial in 2267. (TOS: "Court Martial")
