The Psi Upsilon III Starfleet Academy was an annex of Starfleet Academyon Psi Upsilon III in the Psi Upsilon system. Lieutenant junior grade Daniel Kwan was a graduate of this Academy annex. (TNG: "Eye of the Beholder")
