Starbase 220 was a Federation starbase administered by Starfleet.

The USS Enterprise-D was supposed to bring the USS Brattain to Starbase 220, when this ship was stranded in a Tyken's Rift. After the Enterprise had freed itself from the rift, the ship set a course for this starbase. (TNG: "Night Terrors")
