Starbase 219 was a Federation starbase administrated by Starfleet.
In 2370, Admiral Nakamura ordered Captain Picard of the USS Enterprise-D to participate in the annual Starfleet Admirals' Banquet on the starbase, but due to problems with the ship's new warp core, the captain could not make it in time. (TNG: "Phantasms")
