Starbase 211 was a Starfleet base situated near Cardassian territory.

In 2367, the USS Enterprise attempted to escort the USS Phoenix, whose captain, Benjamin Maxwell, had been launching unauthorized attacks against Cardassian targets, to Starbase 211 but, before they arrived, Maxwell ordered the Phoenix's course changed, to intercept a Cardassian supply ship. Eventually, Maxwell surrendered to Captain Picard, who escorted the Phoenix to the base. (TNG: "The Wounded")
