Star Trek V - The Final Frontier was a 2D platform game, developed and published by Bandai for the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System). It was based on Star Trek V: The Final Frontier, but before its release, it was canceled.

In 2006, a prototype version of the game was released containing four stages. The first two stages and final stage are in the form of side-to-side platform, while the third stage was a space battle having the player take the USS Enterprise through an asteroid field and then against a Klingon cruiser above the "creation planet".
