Star Trek - The Four Beginnings was a UK VHS collection released by CIC Video in the UK. Similar to the previous releases Star Trek - The Three Beginnings, and Star Trek - 30th Anniversary Trial Pack, the collection contained the first episodes of each of the first four live-action series:

• TOS: "Where No Man Has Gone Before", "The Corbomite Maneuver"
• TNG: "Encounter at Farpoint"
• DS9: "Emissary"
• VOY: "Caretaker"
