Star Trek - Greatest Battles was a VHS boxset - catalog number VHR 4732 - released by CIC Video in the UK on 16 November 1998. Comprised of four videos, the set contained thirteen episodes, covering all four live-action series at the time. The set also contained the documentary Inside Star Trek - The Real Story, as well as a trailer for Star Trek: Insurrection. The box featured a flashing red LED on one side of the exterior packaging.

The set is not to be confused with the similar US VHS boxset released in 1997 - although the two do contain some of the same episodes, the US boxset omits the documentary and most of the episodes.

There was also a release in Germany over a year later. The German release omitted the Inside Star Trek - The Real Story documentary but otherwise had the same selection of episodes. A release in the Netherlands also took place with the same contents as the UK version.
