Background informationEdit

  • Marco Palmieri commented: "Mission: Gamma was inspired in large part by my having recently seen a PBS documentary on Lewis and Clark and the Corps of Discovery, which had a great romantic quality to it". Palmieri also commented: "The arc was an experiment. structurally. Mission Gamma was starts out with a story of 200,000 words, and the novels get progressively shorter and faster-paced as the series progresses towards its action climax". (Voyages of Imagination)
