Star Trek: Countdown to Darkness is a four-issue series of comics from IDW Publishing. The series is a tie-in to the 2013 film Star Trek Into Darkness, chronicling the "Mudd Incident" mentioned in the film.

An omnibus collection was released on the same day as the final issue, 10 April 2013.
