On 14 December 2007 it was announced that the entire production team responsible for StarTrek.com had been laid off, effective immediately. The change comes as a result of restructuring at CBS Interactive, whose plans for the site are not yet known. [1] The site's news feature is apparently not being updated since the latest news article is from 2007. Also it appears you cannot get to the news archive or the message boards (as of 02/17/2010).
