Stadi was the name of a Betazoid crewperson assigned to the starship Voyager in 2371. She was a lieutenant assigned to the conn.
Upon her assignment to Voyager, she piloted a shuttlecraft to that vessel, carrying passenger Tom Paris who was joining Voyager's crew as an informant on the Maquis. He found her attractive but she declined his advances.
When Voyager encountered the Caretaker's energy wave in the Badlands, Stadi was killed in the resulting turbulence as the ship was dragged into the Delta Quadrant. (VGR:"Caretaker").
