Stacy Fouche (born 31 August 1961; age 62) is an actress who appeared as an Enterprise crewmember in several first season episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise. As a background actress she received no credit for her appearances and was identified by the call sheets for the episodes.

Fouche earned a BA in Communication Arts from Howard University and studied acting under Robert Carnegie, Martin Barter, Cameron Thor, and Steve Eastin. She appeared in several stage plays including leading roles in "Raisin in the Sun", "In the Middle of the Night", "Ladies at the Alamo", "Waiting for Lefty", and "Key Exchange", and supporting parts in "Dreamgirls" and "Inquest".

Beside her work on Enterprise she had guest roles in Close to Home (2006, with Erich Anderson and Carlos LaCamara) and Zoey 101 (2006, with Enterprise stunt coordinator Vince Deadrick, Jr.) and was featured as an ER Nurse in four episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful (2005-2006, with Schae Harrison, Sabrina Morris, and Loren Lester). Other acting parts include the comedy series Smart Guy (starring Tahj D. Mowry) and the soap The Young and the Restless. Independent productions include Darlene's Cousin, Loss, A Christmas Story and Rap' the movie.
