St. Louis was a city in the Missouri region on the North American continent of Earth.

Prior to her assignment to the USS Enterprise-D, Beverly Crusher studied tap and jazz dance at a St. Louis academy, winning several awards, through which she became known as "The Dancing Doctor". (TNG: "Data's Day")
