A spatial flexure is a tunnel through space, allowing a vessel to traverse great distances otherwise unattainable with conventional propulsion systems.

In 2378, Q, Junior opened a spatial flexure to the Clevari system utilizing the Delta Flyer's deflector array. However, after his friend Icheb was injured in an attack, he used another flexure to return to the USS Voyager, in order to secure medical attention for Icheb. (VOY: "Q2")
