Sound Source Interactive was a video game developer and publisher. Founded in 1988 the company was based in Delaware, USA and produced games for a wide variety of platforms, primarily focusing on tie-ins for licensed properties such as the Star Trek franchise. On 11 September 2000 after being acquired by TDK they were merged with BWT Labs, a studio that SSI had acquired earlier in 1998 to form TDK Mediactive.

Their Star Trek releases included a number of sofware packages such as two "Entertainment Utilities" based on the series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager in 1996 and two computer games: Star Trek: The Game Show in 1998 and Star Trek: Trivia Challenge in 1999.
