Soto was a Lethean who was hired by Toral, to probe Dahar Master Kor's mind for information regarding the whereabouts of the Sword of Kahless in 2372. Soto accompanied Toral to the Gamma Quadrant where he was later killed by Kor using the Sword. (DS9: "The Sword of Kahless")
Soto was played by regular stunt actor Tom Morga.
