Simone Montanti is an actress who served as stand-in for Jolene Blalock on the first season of Star Trek: Enterprise. In addition she appeared on-screen as a Human civilian in the crowd in the pilot episode "Broken Bow". She received no credit but was featured in behind the scenes material of the specials "Creating Enterprise", "O Captain! My Captain! A Profile of Scott Bakula", and "Cast Impressions: Season One" on the ENT Season 1 DVD.

Montanti had supporting roles in the Team Knight Rider episode The Iron Maiden (1997, with John Kassir and directed by Spiro Razatos), in the Chicago Hope episode Thoughts of You (2000), and in the American Dreams episode Can't Hold On (2004, with Ethan Dampf and John Thaddeus).
