Silaran Prin was a Cardassian disfigured when a cell of the Bajoran resistance attacked the residence of Gul Pirak during the Cardassian occupation of Bajor. He harbored a desire for revenge for a number of years, finally culminating in a vendetta agaist those responsible for his injuries.
