Sigma Draconis IV was an inhabited M class planet. The planet had no moons. This was the homeworld for a pre-warp capable species. It was the fourth planet in the Sigma Draconis planetary system. This was one of three M class planets in this system; the others were Sigma Draconis III and Sigma Draconis VI.
By 2268, the inhabitants were a pre-spaceflight culture with an industrial scale rating of G, equivalent to Earth in 2030. (TOS: "Spock's Brain")

Presumably, Sigma Draconis IV was located in the Alpha Quadrant.
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts (pgs. 19, 44), Sigma Draconis IV was located in Sector 004 (Sigma Draconis sector).
