Shay Astar (born 29 September 1981; age 42) is the actress and singer who played Isabella in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "Imaginary Friend" in 1992. She is perhaps best known for her recurring role as Tommy's girlfriend August on the situation comedy television series 3rd Rock from the Sun. Astar filmed her scenes on "Imaginary Friend" between Wednesday 26 February 1992 and Monday 2 March 1992 and Wednesday 4 March 1992 and Thursday 5 March 1992 on Paramount Stage 8, 9, and 16.
