Septimus III was the third planet of the Septimus planetary system, and was the headquarters of the Cardassian Eleventh Order. It was attacked by the Klingon Empire during the Dominion War. (DS9: "Strange Bedfellows")

Septimus was relatively close to the Goralis system, near the Cardassian border. (DS9: "Tears of the Prophets")
