In 2366, Admiral Haden placed this sector on alert during the Nelvana III incident. (TNG: "The Defector")
Later that year, trader Kivas Fajo sabotaged the water supply on the Federation planet Beta Agni II. He would be later tried in a Federation court for this act of vandalism. (TNG: "The Most Toys")
