Sebastian Tom (born 10 May 1938; age 85) is the actor who portrayed a samurai-armored warrior who Hikaru Sulu had created with his mind on the Shore Leave Planet in the original series episode "Shore Leave". He filmed his scenes for the episode on Wednesday, 26 October 1966 at Vasquez Rocks. [1]
His only other credits besides Star Trek are two episodes of The Wild Wild West: "The Night of the Skulls" with Robert Herron and "The Night of the Amnesiac" directed by Lawrence Dobkin.
