Hilliard	Rellus Tagrim

Scott Burkholder played Commander Hilliard in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "When It Rains..." He later played Rellus Tagrim in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "The Catwalk".

He starred with Camille Saviola and Trula M. Marcus in the film Sunset Park.
