Sarah Rayne (born 18 September 1987; age 36), also known as Sarah Freeman, is the actress who played Elani in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Innocence".

Rayne was born in Los Angeles, California and won a Young Artist Award in 1995 for her voiceover work in the animated Disney/Pixar film Toy Story. In 1998 she earned two nominations (Young Artist Award and YoungStar Award) for her supporting performance as a young actress in a drama television series in Legacy which starred Brett Cullen and Casey Biggs and featured Lisa Banes.

Rayne has also guest starred in television series such as Roseanne (1992, alongside Clara Bryant), Diagnosis Murder (1994, in an episode directed by Anson Williams), The Pretender (1996, with Lawrence Pressman and directed by Gabrielle Beaumont), Teen Angel (1997, with David Graf), ER (1999, with Cress Williams, Teri Garr, and Lily Mariye), Family Law (2000, with Julie Warner, Christopher McDonald, Gregg Henry, Ken Jenkins, and Jay Leggett), The Practice (2000, in two episodes with Daniel Davis, Bruce Davison, Zach Grenier, Tim Lounibos, Dakin Matthews, Steve Rankin, Michael Spound, Randy Oglesby, and Allan G.
