Sar 6 was either a member of the High Council of the Eminian Union, or an attaché to that council. He assisted the High Council, and specifically Anan 7, in managing the war and launching attacks. He was familiar with the computers that ran the war. Over his strenuous objections, Captain James T. Kirk of the Federation starship USS Enterprise destroyed those computers, taking the first step towards a hoped for peace between Eminiar and Vendikar. (TOS: "A Taste of Armageddon")
