Sandra Smith (born 27 June 1940; age 83) is an actress from Minneapolis, Minnesota, who played Dr. Janice Lester and Captain James T. Kirk in the final episode of Star Trek: The Original Series, "Turnabout Intruder". Prior to the feature film Star Trek, she was the only actor besides William Shatner to ever play Captain Kirk on Star Trek.
