Sandra Lynn Rowden (19 September 19616 April 2018; age 56) was a make-up artist and hair stylist who worked as make-up artist on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She was among the make-up team which earned an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Makeup for a Series for the seventh season episode "The Dogs of War" in 1999. She shared this nomination with Michael Westmore, Camille Calvet, Dean Jones, Mark Bussan, Mary Kay Morse, Ellis Burman, Belinda Bryant, Karen Iverson, Karen Westerfield, Brad Look, David Quashnick, Earl Ellis, Joe Podnar, R. Stephen Weber, Jeff Lewis, Toby Lamm, Michael F. Blake, June Westmore, Judith Silverman, Craig Smith, Kevin Haney, Suzanne Diaz, Scott Wheeler, James Rohland, Tina Hoffman, and Natalie Wood.

Prior to her work on Deep Space Nine, Rowden served in the make-up and hair department of Hollywood Chaos (1989), Masters of Menace (1990), the action drama Fatal Choice (1995), Embrace of the Vampire (1995), and the television series Dragnet (1989-1990), Adam-12 (1990-1991), V.R. Troopers (1994-1996), Masked Rider (1995-1996), and Big Bad Beetleborgs (1996-1997).

Further credits include the video game Omega Boost (1999), The General's Daughter (1999, with Joy Zapata and Mark Shostrom), How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000), The District (2001), A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001), Rock Star (2001), Moonlight Mile (2002), the short comedy Acting on Intuition (2003, with Nina Minton), Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003), The Terminal (2003), the short drama Last Night (2004), Boston Legal (2004-2005, starring William Shatner), The Island (2005), and Poseidon (2006).

Later work as key make-up artist include Over Her Dead Body (2008, along with Karen Asano-Myers), Quarantine (2008, with Toby Lamm and Don Lanning), Spring Breakdown (2009, with Jill Rockow), and Armored (2009).
