The Persistence of Memory by Salvador Dali

Salvador Dalí was a 20th century Spanish artist from Earth, a painter who was influential in the surrealism movement.

Among the most famous of his paintings was The Persistence of Memory, which the collector Kivas Fajo possessed in 2366, despite having little artistic interest in it. (TNG: "The Most Toys") The same painting inspired the name of the Dali paradox in temporal mechanics. (VOY: "Relativity")

This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 178), the birth and death years of Salvador Dalí were 1904 and 1989, respectively.
