SS Robert Fox
The SS Robert Fox (NFT-1327) was a Whorfin-class Federation transport ship that operated in the late 23rd century.
In 2293, the Robert Fox, along with the transport ship SS Lakul, ferried several hundred El-Aurian refugees to Earth. Both ships became caught in some kind of energy distortions of what was later determined to be the Nexus energy ribbon, located three light-years from Earth. The ships were able to get out a distress call, however the responding ship, the USS Enterprise-B, was unable to save the passengers aboard the Robert Fox before the ship was destroyed by hull stresses from the Nexus. Named for Ambassador Robert Fox.
