S. Halm is an actress who appeared as a Moab IV colonist in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "The Masterpiece Society" in 1991. She filmed her scenes between Wednesday 13 November 1991 and Friday 15 November 1991 on Paramount Stage 16.

According to the call sheets for the fifth season episode "The First Duty", Halm was one of the six performers who appeared as parents during the hearing scenes. However, in the final episode only four performers appeared as these parents. It is unknown if Halm is one of them.
