S. Burman was an orbital ergonomics officer who worked on the NX-01 Enterprise. (Star Trek: Enterprise set artwork)
Burman's name was listed on the dedication plaque of the NX-01. He was named after makeup artist Ellis Burman (aka Sonny Burman).
