A guard featured in the Vic Fontaine holoprogram, his nametag indicates that he is named Ryan. During the heist at Vic Fontaine's casino that had been taken over by the mob, Cassidy Yates distracted him by flirting with him. She told him that he looked like a football player and a former classmate of her's. (DS9: "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang")
