Russell Takaki is an actor who played Madison in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

His only other known acting appearance was a minor role in the television series The Incredible Hulk, in the episode Married, Part I (1978), where he played a messenger. This and the following episode were also aired as a television movie The Incredible Hulk: Married in the same year. Other Star Trek actors who appeared in this episode are Mariette Hartley and Rosalind Chao.
