Ronald D. Moore was a Human Starfleet officer in the 23rd and 24th centuries.

In 2293, Moore was named as a Fleet Operations officer on the dedication plaque of the USS Enterprise-B. (Star Trek Generations, dedication plaque)

In 2354, Moore was named as a Starfleet Operational Support Services officer on a directory placard of Starbase 32, Maxia sector. His room number was 24463. (TNG: "Violations", directory)

In 2367, Vice Admiral Moore was a Tactical Command officer on the dedication plaque of the USS Sutherland. (TNG: "Redemption II", dedication plaque)

In 2370 and onward, Moore was named as a Starfleet Command officer on the dedication plaque of several Federation starships. (DS9: "The Search, Part I", "Valiant", "The Dogs of War"; Star Trek: Insurrection)

Moore was named for production staff associate Ronald D. Moore. He might be related to Commander Ronald Moore (who died in 2357) and Captain Ronald B. Moore. Given the eighty-plus year interval of his career, it is entirely possible that there might be two or more individuals of the same name; however, this article contains all information about officer Ronald D. Moore.
