In 2293, he was a member of the Engineering Division staff who worked on the USS Enterprise-B. His name was listed on the ship's dedication plaque. (Star Trek Generations, dedication plaques)

Later that year, Captain Moore was a member of the Warp Technologies Development Group staff who worked on the USS Enterprise-D. He was listed on the second version of the dedication plaque. (TNG: "Silicon Avatar", dedication plaque)
