The Romulan Warbird was a type of warbird operated by the Romulan military in the 2340s. They were known to be less maneuverable than Starfleet's Ambassador-class starships.

In 2344, four of these vessels attacked a Klingon colony on Narendra III. The USS Enterprise-C attempted to defend the colony, but was destroyed in battle. The warbirds captured several survivors, including a time-displaced Natasha Yar, and brought them back to Romulus. (TNG: "Yesterday's Enterprise")
