The Hall of State
The Hall of State is the capital building of the Romulan Star Empire. It is a large circular building in the center of the capital city on the planet Romulus. It houses several rooms including the Senate Chamber, where the Imperial Romulan Senate meets.
In 2155, Admiral Valdore oversaw the operation of the Romulan drone ship from this building. (ENT: "United")
In 2379, this building was the site of the assasination of the entire Romulan Senate with the exception of the Senator Tal'aura, who planted the miniature thalaron radiation projector that killed her fellow senators.
The first Federation citizen to have ever set foot in the Hall of State was Captain Jean-Luc Picard in 2379, when he was invited there by Praetor Shinzon after he seized power upon his assassination of the Senate. (Star Trek Nemesis)
