Admiral Rollman was a Starfleet flag officer posted at Starbase 401 in 2369 and in 2370.

In 2369, Kira Nerys contacted her when she was unhappy about Benjamin Sisko's handling of the matter of asylum for the Bajoran terrorist Tahna Los. Rollman later contacted Sisko, warning him a serious problem was developing on Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Past Prologue")

A year later, a replicant created by the Paradas to resemble Miles O'Brien contacted Rollman as he believed that there was a conspiracy on Deep Space 9. Rollman urged him to return to the station. (DS9: "Whispers")
