Rojay was a female Human and a traveling companion of Devinoni Ral's.
She accompanied him to Barzan II aboard the USS Enterprise-D and was present at a reception shortly before the bidding for the Barzan wormhole started, but left him a short time later to continue "traveling". (TNG: "The Price")
Rojay was portrayed by an unknown actress.
Her name is from the script of the episode, the short scene where Ral introduces her as his "traveling companion" was cut.
