Commander Rogerson
Rogerson was a commander in the US Navy serving aboard the USS Enterprise in 1986.
This year, he was the officer in charge of the ship when Uhura and Chekov tried to drain photons from the Enterprise's reactor. After he learned about their presence, Rogerson set off an intruder alert on the ship. (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)
