Robert Tolbert is an actor who served as stand-in for Jonathan Frakes during the green screen shots for the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "These Are the Voyages...". As stand-in, he received no credit for his work.

Tolbert played the supporting role as one of the Delsonics in the 1986 drama Joey, which also features Linda Thorson, John Snyder, and Marie Marshall.
