Robert Metoyer was a Human Starfleet officer in the mid-24th century.
In 2365 he held the rank of captain and was the commanding officer of the USS Hokule'a. (TNG: "The Measure Of A Man")
Metoyer was named for TNG assistant director Robert Metoyer.
This character was never mentioned in dialog; his name came from a Starship Deploy Status chart seen on Starbase 173.
