Changes: Rings of Paltriss

The Rings of Paltriss were valuable Yridian rings, created by Paltriss. Paltriss created eighty of them, but over time they were removed from the Yridian homeworld.

In 2370, Quark came into possession of forty-two of the rings and attempted to sell them to Ashrock. Quark later did sell the Rings to Ashrock, but the Yridian was shot by Fallit Kot, an old business partner of Quark. Kot took the rings and hijacked a runabout. (DS9: "Melora")

It is not known if the Rings were returned to the Yridian homeworld after Kot was captured.
