The Rigelian Trade Commission was a Rigelian agency responsible for regulating trade. During the mid-22nd century, the Trade Commission utilized Rigelian scoutships.

Following the destruction of a scout, the Trade Commission recognized the attacking vessel, and demanded compensation from Starfleet and the arrest of Jonathan Archer, Enterprise NX-01's commander, for the loss of their vessel. (ENT: "United")

According to the script, the spelling used was "Rigellian", however, due to numerous discrepancies in the spelling of Rigellian v. Rigelian, the latter spelling is used here for consistency.
