Rick Talmadge is a video technician who worked as video assistant on the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season episode "First Contact" in 1990 and as video playback operator on the fifth season episode "I Borg" in 1992.

Other projects he worked as video technician on include the comedy Worth Winning (1989, with Ed Fine) and the drama The Truman Show (1998, with Patric J. Abaravich).
